Returns and Refunds
At Odoroki, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If a product is defective or incomplete, we will work towards a mutually satisfactory solution if you contact us immediately. Returns for defective or incomplete products are accepted within 10 days; however, you must send the product back to us to receive a credit for the amount paid.
Returns will not be processed for products that have been tampered with, are in used condition, or have damaged packaging.
Custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is damage during transit or a manufacturing defect.
For perishable items, delivery will be attempted only once. If the recipient’s address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery, the order will be considered executed, and no refund will be issued.
If a service, such as an Experience, does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us immediately. We will work towards a mutually agreeable resolution within 10 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and processed immediately. The credited amount should appear in the customer’s account within 3 to 5 working days.
