When it comes to perishable items, Odoroki.in will not be responsible for the state or condition of Products such as flowers, fruits, sweets and other perishables, as they are perishable in nature.
Customised Products, Gifts, Surprises or Experiences ordered through Odoroki.in will be executed as closely as possible to what is mentioned, but we do not guarantee exact Products, Surprises or Experiences.
In case of same day delivery order, we will only try to make one attempt at delivering the order. Odoroki.inwon't be able to deliver if the address is incorrect, the recipient is not available at the address,or in case of emergencies based on our discretion.

Safety Precautions while delivering (Covid-19) Policies:
If the recipientdoesn't accept an order when we try to deliver it, we will considered the order as executed and we will not give any refunds for it.
We might send emails or SMS regarding our new updates and offers to our users and subscribers. If users want, they may opt out of the mailing list or unsubscribe.
There might be certain items/ rides in our surprises and experiences section that come with a security deposit. The amount of the security deposit and other details will be explained before the order is booked by you. The security deposit amount will be debited in case of any damage or destruction caused at your end regarding the asset taken for any reason.
In the event that the product you ordered is not available for delivery on the date and time you requested, then it will be substituted with what we deem as the next best alternative in terms of of flavour, colour, shape, size, etc.
Duration of Returns
In case of returns on credit card purchase, it will take a minimum of 3 to 5 working days for the amount to return to your credit card statement.
We shall not be under any liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
