Returns and Refunds

We at Odoroki believe in our customers' satisfaction. In case, a product is defective or incomplete, we would try to work out a solution that is mutually satisfactory if you contact us immediately. We take Returns for defective or incomplete products in 10 days; however, you need to send the product back to us to receive the credit for the amount paid. 

Note: We do not process Returns for products that have been tampered with, in used condition or with damaged packaging.

When it comes to customised items, which have been specifically made for you, we do not accept Returns unless there is damage during transit or defects.

We would attempt the delivery of perishable items just once. In case the recipient's address is incorrect or the recipient is not available to take the delivery, we will not be able to deliver again and the order will be considered executed. We would not give any refund in this case.

In case the delivery of a service, such as an Experience, is not up to your satisfaction, you can contact us immediately so that we can come to a mutually satisfactory solution. We would resolve your complaint on the manner agreed mutually within 10 days.

We would provide refunds to the person who made the purchase. Refunds would be processed immediately and the amount would be credited within 3 to 5 working days in the customer's account.


Order cancellations by

In case of unforeseen events that are beyond our control, such as floods, curfews, lockdowns, fires, storms, acts of God, social distancing due to viruses, unavailability of products, etc., we would have to cancel an order. In such a case we would try to contact you as soon as possible about the situation and do everything we can to provide an alternate date or product. In case you would prefer a refund instead of a product or service, we would process the refund as soon as possible.

Order cancellations by customer

Coming to the matter of refund in case of order cancellation from customers' end, it would depend entirely on the nature of product and the time of cancellation.

Unless we at are unable to fulfill the order in any way, orders placed cannot be cancelled. In case you change your mind after placing an order, we would keep the amount of your order in your account on our website and let you redeem it towards a product or service on our website within 12 months from the date of order.

In the event of cancellation of order after delivery of gift or service, please intimate us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can work out a mutually satisfactory solution.


We can deliver the gifts or services to your address, to the recipient's address or to another address at your request.

Make sure to provide the correct delivery address with the correct phone number in your order. We are not responsible for any e non-delivery or delay of products or services that results from incorrect addresses or in case the premises is locked.

We at work with our delivery partners and vendors to try and provide the best services and products to you and strive to deliver it on the date and time that you requested. However, delays due to unforeseen events are unavoidable.
